New Bears for Hugglets

As well as making doll's houses, I have also found a little spare time to make some new bears ready for the Teddies 2014 show next weekend. Here are a few of them.....

The first one is Lavender and was inspired by a customer inquiry! She is in the style of a clown bear and is made from white and hand dyed lilac mohair with darker purple footpads. Lavender has tiny black glass eyes, a multi coloured embroidered nose in shades of pink and lilac and is wearing a lilac ribbon ruffle around her neck with a little silver coloured heart medallion. Lavender is 4.75" (12cm) tall.

This is little Elliot. He is made from sparse old looking mohair in a typical teddy bear colour with the backing of the mohair used for his footpads. He has black glass eyes and a worn looking brown embroidered mouth, nose and claws. Elliot has mending stitches and is 4.5" (11cm) tall.  SOLD

This little cutie is called Devon. He is made from white and hand dyed soft brown mohair and has dark brown foot pads and embroidered nose. He has black glass eyes and has a lilac ribbon knotted around his neck with a silver coloured heart charm. Devon is 4.5" (11cm) tall.  SOLD

Now meet Lomax. He is just 4.5" (11cm) tall and is made from short, bristly brown mohair with the fabric backing used for his foot pads. Lomax has tiny black glass eyes and a worn out looking embroidered nose. He also has "mending" stitches to add to his aged appearance.
